Within the Kansas City-based T-Mobile Center, the un-carrier wanted to deliver a unique customer hospitality experience to build equity with TMO customers and drive consideration among non-customers through talked-about experiences.

T-Mobile Club Magenta lounge space

The 2,030 sq. ft. space was transformed into a signature T-Mobile footprint that showcases the brand in a contextually relevant way and offers a compelling experience for TMO customers.

Opening 30 minutes before the venue does to the first 100 customers in line at the T-Mobile Customer Entrance, the new Club Magenta showcases what T-Mobile is as a brand as well as solves pain points for consumers such as offering the ability to charge devices while providing complimentary food and beverages.

Giving off night club vibes, Club Magenta features lux seating, premium lighting, high-end bathrooms, charging stations and an Insta-worthy backdrops, a slam dunk for creating brand loyalty and inspiring FOMO.
