Adam Charles to Become Sparks First Chief Growth Officer

Philadelphia, PA (February 15, 2024) – Sparks, a Freeman company, announced today the appointment of Adam Charles as its first Chief Growth Officer. In this new role, Adam will spearhead Sparks’ strategic growth and expansion initiatives within the corporate events, exhibits, and brand experience sectors.

Adam will manage and inspire a team of seasoned professionals, addressing the evolving needs of Sparks’ clientele with innovative ideas and strategic foresight. His diverse background building an agency business, running event operations, and working with top corporate brands around the globe make him uniquely qualified to fulfill this critical role.

Previously, Adam was Freeman’s Executive Vice President, Agency & Professional Services where he led the agency business prior to the acquisition. Additionally, he oversaw Freeman’s business in Asia Pacific before relocating to the USA in mid 2018 to manage brand experience in North America , EMEA, and APAC.

Sparks was acquired by Freeman in August 2023 which enhanced Sparks’ capabilities in corporate events, corporate exhibits and brand experiences.
