A Behind-the-Scenes Look at Event Production Excellence
Figma took its annual design systems conference on the road with a three-city global tour stopping in New York, London and Tokyo, followed by a virtual event featuring Schema highlights for a larger global audience. In addition to managing live events such as keynotes and sessions, we were responsible for the overall production of the conference, which included handling run-of-show, AV lighting, rigging and content and platform management. We also managed overall operations and logistics including venue infrastructure, F&B, graphics and more.
