Sparks was honored across three categories in the 2025 Event Marketer Experience Design Awards, an annual recognition of outstanding event design, innovative builds, interactive tech, and environmental creativity across a wide variety of consumer-targeted and business-to-business event formats.

In the Overall Experience Design category “Most Shareable Event Interactive/Backdrop,” SAP Sapphire & ASUG Annual Conference took home silver.

To bring the theme of "Your Best. Made Real." to life at SAP Sapphire & ASUG Annual Conference 2025, SAP partnered with Sparks for experiential design and creative direction, Freeman for full-service production, and Alford for lighting design and rigging. The entry experience merged strategy, design, and technology to create a bold, immersive showcase of SAP's vision. Leveraging a multi-layered system of physical spaces, custom lighting, and digital brand opportunities, it welcomed over 15,000 guests into an engaging, social moment on the show floor—creating shared experiences and inspiring them to discover more.

Siemens at CES won bronze in the Best Build category “Best Trade Show Exhibit (Over 50' x 50')."

Siemens showcased an empowering role as a worldwide pioneer in the industrial metaverse at CES in Las Vegas. Freeman created a captivating 50x70 hybrid exhibit blending custom, rental, and technology-driven elements to convey Siemens' narrative of transforming everyday experiences through cutting-edge industrial technology. The exhibit featured interactive elements in each of the four client story zones, enhancing attendee engagement. The success of the exhibit was reflected in Siemens' in-exhibit surveys, showing a 30% year-over-year improvement. The exhibit received a nomination for Best of Show and impressed visitors with its powerful stories and real-life resemblance to the renderings.

Workhuman LIVE

Workhuman LIVE received an honorable mention in the Overall Design category “Best-B-to-B Environment.”

Workhuman partnered with Sparks for creative and event management and Freeman GC and A/V to craft an open and connected environment for Workhuman LIVE, linking the general session, Workhuman Central, sponsor areas, and meal spaces. Workhuman Central featured four monochromatic content zones aligned to the event’s core tracks, each with its own activations. At the center stood a striking Gratitude Bar with an eight-sided LED column serving as the visual and experiential anchor. Activations included a podcast space, Recognition Roastery, networking areas, live music, a sticker-enabled water bottle station, an AI photo experience, and an interactive office timeline, offering a dynamic blend of engagement, discovery, and community.
