Here's a high-level recap of the great work we've been strategizing, creating, building and executing for the past couple of months.
XPS on Tour
This summer, Dell Technologies embarked on a mobile tour with their XPS products, aiming to increase product visibility by taking it directly to the public. 3D Exhibits crafted an interactive tour that featured various zones, including a "selfie" station equipped with an SLC camera and greenscreen, a customizable cookie printing section, a “Zen Brainwave” experience to measure attendees' current “level of Zen," and a station where visitors could build their own XPS device. The campaign effectively blended materials and technologies to deliver an engaging and seamless experience. Impressively, despite its relatively short six-week duration on the road, the tour is already showing promising early results.
Figma Config made an impressive return, drawing 8,500 attendees to San Francisco's Moscone Center. Boasting a distinct brand theme, vibrant receptions, and a dynamic Makers Space, it featured 3 keynotes, 46 sessions, and 100+ speakers. The event reached a global scale with 130,000 virtual registrants via livestream. The seamless integration of logistics, production, content, design, and virtual broadcasting showcased Sparks’ talent. Attendees lauded it as a "mind-blowing experience."
Black Hat returned to Mandalay Bay in Vegas and all eyes were on the HUMAN Security exhibit. HUMAN's journey began a decade ago in a sci-fi bookstore. To honor this origin story, Sparks curated an exhibit that paid homage to HUMAN's roots. Attendees venturing into the immersive booth were greeted by a charming bookstore-themed environment where they had the opportunity to engage in a unique exchange – contribute a book and, in return, select one to take home. This gesture seamlessly blended the world of cybersecurity with the literary realm, creating a memorable and enriching experience for all.
KnowBe4’s custom 40'x50' space at Black Hat was specially designed to showcase product demos. Positioned in the show’s front row, and clearly organized to draw in and accommodate a constant flow of visitors, the exhibit featured large overhead LED signage displaying Sparks-created and produced LED brand content, capturing attendees' attention as they entered the hall. Unique engagements like a custom ball hat station where visitors could select and attach a variety of patches provided an additional opportunity to enhance brand exposure via a theater presentation strategically placed to engage visitors waiting in line.
RealPage's 50x80 booth at NAA aimed to modernize its presence with contemporary design elements, including illuminated columns, a multi-level structure, and a striking 3D logo. It was a hybrid design, combining various elements, with the goal of consolidating three separate spaces into one impressive area. The design drew inspiration from urban cityscapes. Attendees enjoyed interactive software demos, a model apartment showcasing smart building tech, meeting rooms, and dedicated marketing spaces. LED video displays and product demos enhanced the attendee experience.
The second annual Shopify Founder Summit in New York City brought together key executives and portfolio founders for collaboration and knowledge sharing. In close partnership with the Shopify team, Sparks produced a bespoke program that fostered networking, culinary experiences, and impactful content. The event also marked the exciting launch of Shopify Ventures, providing capital and collaboration opportunities for founders who are defining the future of commerce. The backdrop for this event comprised bold colors against simple clean lines and minimal decor. The summit ended at the lavish Swan Room at Nine Orchard with a pop-up performance by local talent Treya Lam.
Paul Arizin Display Case and Swim Wall
Sparks crafted a custom display case at Villanova University, positioned prominently in the Finneran Pavilion's main concourse, to honor basketball legend, Paul Arizin. Constructed using specially painted plywood, maple hardwood flooring, and enhanced LED illumination, this exhibit proudly showcases Paul Arizin's awards and accolades. Additionally, outside the pool area, the achievements of both the men's and women's swim and dive teams are acknowledged through carefully selected imagery displayed on acrylic panels.
